Refund policy
Returns
Returned merchandise must be unworn and accompanied by the invoice/packing slip. We strongly suggest trying on and gently moving in your item(s) to ensure they fit before you use it for a class and/or sweat in it. Please note fabric will stretch slightly when wet. Unworn items are in new condition with original tags. Returns will not be accepted if the item has been worn or is not in the condition in which it was received.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, we cannot accept returns. Clearance and second quality items cannot be returned or refunded at any time. Gift cards are also not returnable.
We'll also accept the return of damaged/defective or incorrect merchandise. Please send a photo with the damage/ error so we can assess.
Refunds
Refunds will only be honored if there is a physical issue with a product you have purchased, otherwise, returns are accepted for store credit only. Once your item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 2-3 business days. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. If you haven’t received a refund within this timeframe, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact angelica@radiantelle.com.
Clearance and second quality items cannot be returned or refunded.
Returns for refund are NOT accepted on Sale or Clearance section items unless the item is damaged or defective. We will gladly honor exchanges on sale or clearance items, or you can return for store credit.
Please note all refunds and returns or items purchased through a retail outlet other than via raidantelle.com must be handled by the original location of purchase.
Exchanges
We only replace items on a case by case basis. If you need to exchange an item and send an email to angelica@radiantelle.com. If your exchange is approved, you will send your item to: Radiant Elle 219 S Mathilda Street Floor 3, Pittsburgh PA 15224.
Items reserved for an intended exchange will only be held for 5 business days. Please be prompt in paying shipping invoices for exchange items. Shipping not paid within 5 business days of your processed exchange will result in forfeiture of your purchase without the opportunity for refund.
Gift Purchases
If the item you wish to return was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit for the value of your return. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to them directly to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
Shipping
We do not pay for shipping charges on return postage under any circumstances. We recommend that all returns be sent with tracking information. Radiant Elle is not responsible for packages lost in transit.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
