Cold wash all garments before first use, and cold or warm water for all washing (not hot). This prevents bleed (some of our fabrics are bright like the sun!)

Hang dry all garments after washing. Do not put in the dryer! This can significantly reduce shelf life.

For garments with mesh and other strap detail, please wash on delicate.

Fabric is durable and will last for years (or decades, truly!) as long as properly cared for.

Please note fabric will stretch lightly when worn while heavily sweating or repeatedly in very high temperatures.
