Packages are sent by United States Post Office for domestic orders. Radiant Activewear will typically ship your order within 1-3 business days, pending full/correct order completion and payment confirmation.
International orders will ship USPS International Shipping (least expensive) or UPS for non-domestic orders. Fedex may be used for a limited number of countries.
Please note for China residents: We do not recommend USPS International Shipping for orders. Please select UPS or Fedex. WIthout these carriers your order could take up to 3 months to receive. Choose wisely!
You may be responsible for a Customs Charge based on the value of your order, dependent on the destination country. Please double check your shipping and billing addresses. Radiant Activewear is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses applied to orders, nor for taxes incurred.
Customer will be responsible for replacement shipping in the event of a returned shipment to Radiant Activewear due to error in entry on account addresses.
Requests for exchanges are made on a case by case basis. Please email your request. Items reserved for an intended exchange will only be held for 5 calendar days. Please be prompt in paying shipping invoices for exchange items. Shipping not paid within 5 calendar days of your processed exchange will result in forfeiture of your purchase without the opportunity for refund.
We'll will also accept the exchange of damaged/defective or incorrect merchandise that have a manufacturer's defect or exhibit damage not associated with normal wear for an item that is in good condition. Upon receipt of damaged/ defective/ incorrect merchandise by Radiant Activewear, a replacement item will be sent. Incorrect items are different (size, color, or style) from what you ordered.
We will gladly honor exchanges on sale items, or you can return for store credit. Clearance and Retired items are final sale, no exceptions.
If there is a physical problem with an item you have purchased you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, we cannot accept returns for a refund. Items that are in good condition but are not satisfactory to (such as deciding the color or size is not what's best for you) you may be eligible for store credit only, not a refund.
Discount items cannot be returned or refunded at any time. We may offer partial store credit for items in our discount section that you are unsatisfied with, if you agree to gift or donate that item and pass the radiance forward. These are all subject to approval.
Returned merchandise must be unworn in new condition with original tags. We strongly suggest trying on and gently moving in your item(s) to ensure they fit before you use it for a class and/or sweat in it.
Returns for refunds will not be accepted for items that have been worn or are not in the condition in which they were received, nor for Discount section items. For approved returns for refunds, allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement. The original credit card used for the order will be credited.

When you send an item to us, please email first with your order number and reason you are requesting the exchange. This step is required if you intend to process any exchange or return for refund.
We do not pay for shipping charges on return or exchange postage. We recommend that all returns be sent with tracking information. Radiant Activewear is not responsible for packages lost in transit.
Please allow two weeks from the shipping date for your return to be processed.
